Owned by the Oroville-based Estom Yumeka Maidu tribe of Enterprise Rancheria, the $450 million Hard Rock Hotel & Casino includes a 60,000-square-foot gaming floor, twice the size of the original plan. 

JWM’s design-assist plumbing of the 300,000-square.-foot. building covers, along with the casino, 169 hotel rooms, a pool, a fitness center and six restaurants.

Pre-construction site work started in 2014 and the project opened in October 2019. The Sacramento Business Journal named it the Best Real Estate project of 2020.
