Meet Diamond Harris, Project Accounting Manager
Diamond started working at JWM in 2013 as an administrative assistant. Over the last decade, she’s worked her way up to Project Accounting Manager. In her latest role, Diamond handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, and subcontractors payable for the entire company.
As a working mom, she appreciates the flexibility and work-from-home option she enjoys in her position. She says she is always learning something new, and she feels inspired by the collective experience of the people she works with.
And she’s not alone! Once people join JWM, they tend to stay a while. Years, in fact, with a median tenure of over a decade. And it’s no wonder why.
Diamond shared, “JWM has always let me learn and grow. Having so many benefits and a great work schedule is a plus in this working mom’s book!” She simply can’t see herself working anywhere else.
